Arsenal are unlikely to make an approach to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen this summer, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Gunners have had a fantastic Premier League campaign and they are currently top of the table with a five-point lead.
Regardless of how the season ends, manager Mikel Arteta will be backed with funds but it seems unlikely that a striker will be signed.
As per Romano, the north London giants are expected to spend big in the next transfer window but they are not looking at Osimhen.
The Gunners have different priorities for the summer. A new midfielder could be targeted alongside another wide attacking option.
West Ham United’s Declan Rice is the top midfield target for the Gunners and he could be signed for around £70-80 million.
Meanwhile, the club continue to maintain an interest in Barcelona winger Raphinha and could make a fresh move for him.
The Gunners were apparently willing to offer around £67m for Raphinha in January but the Blaugrana had no plans to sell him.
